Cosy Finland’s media events and milestones

 Cosy Finland established in May 2005. First guests from Japan and USA in June 2006.

  • YLE TV, the Finland's national public service broadcasting company broadcasted the visit of Australian free time traveler in August 2006
  • MTV3/Finland broadcasted a special interest visit in a Finnish home in April 2008
  • Over 40 press articles in national and international media and several radio interviews concerning the new Cosy Finland concept in 2008
  • Cosy Like-a-Local Evening as a nominee in Best of Helsinki 2008
  • Cosy Finnish Sauna Evening as a nominee in Best of Helsinki 2010
  • French TV Channel TF-1 broadcasted Christmas preparations in one of Cosy Finland´s hosting homes in December 2012
  • South Korean, SBS TV broadcasted the Finnish family life in one our homes in February and  the Finns using rye bread in nutrition in March 2013
  • German TV-channel shoots about the Finnish midsummer habits in one of our host´s summer house in June 2013
  • A Magazine from Germany describes the Cosy Finnish Mölkky Evening (a Finnish throwing game) in July 2013
