Purpose of Collecting Your Personal Data

We collect your personal data for organizing of events and managing, developing and maintaining the customer and network as well as doing media and journalist work. 

Personal Data and Sources of Data

We collect name, company and position in the organization, language of communication, information related to communication.  More detailed information on personal data collected can be found in the inquiry forms used in our home visits and media events .  
Sources are mainly: telephone, email,  internet forms, meetings and events. Personal data can also be collected and updated from internet pages.

Information to Third Parties

We do not give the registered information to third parties unless it is necessary as  it is the case  when for example organizing events and home visits.

We use external subcontractors in marketing and use reliable data system suppliers  which are devoted to the GDPR.

Where the Personal Data is processed

We process your personal data primarily in EU and ETA area.  Some of the personal data can be processed outside the EU and the ETA for example when home visits are booked from non-EU/ETA-areas.

How we process Your Personal Data

Your personal data can be processed only by our staff having the right to process personal data in our company. The data is protected by firewalls, passwords and other technical measures.

Storing your data

We store your personal data for as long as it is necessary for fulfilling its purpose. Besides this the Finnish Accounting Act and the Tort Liability Act guideline us in data storing time.

The media work and articles created by us as a company or person as a journalist will be stored permanently.

Your Rights

You have right to inspect the data on you that is stored our register, as well as to demand that any incorrect data be corrected and that any data on you be deleted from the register. Easiest way to  change/delete your data is to use opting out of the mailing list in the manner instructed in the marketing messages.
